Park Fun

I'm such a big boy now. I can climb up the play structures and go on slides all by myself! 

But I didn't want to come home. I exerted my right to stay out as long as I wanted by kicking and refusing to get inside the stroller. I was still grumpy when we finally got home.

Little Punk

Memorial Day Weekend Vacation

We went up to Rockford to Coco Keys Waterpark. We stopped at the nearby Steak n' Shake for some burgers.

We went to Cracker Barrel for dinner on Saturday night and then again for lunch on Sunday. Mommy sure loves Cracker Barrel! 

Backyard Picnic

Today we had our lunch in the backyard. It was fun having a picnic outside!

Santa's Village Azoosment Park

On Sunday, we went to Santa's Village. There were fun rides there. Despite being abandoned on big scary rides, I enjoyed the day.

Little Red Riding Hood

Today we went to see live theater. I liked watching the performers run around and sing. After the show, Mommy grabbed me and put me in front of the performers. A couple of them reached out hands to grab a hold of me. I wasn't feeling very happy about that, but I didn't cry.

Planting

Yesterday evening we went outside to the backyard to pot the last remaining plants. I liked "helping" Daddy.

Blackberry Farm

We went to Blackberry Farm on Sunday. Boy, was it hot! But Mommy says it's nothing like the height of summer. I was feeling very warm, though, and I'm glad for the cold drinks to keep us cool!

We went on a wagon ride pulled by a tractor.

We saw Paco the donkey. I thought he was funny.

But he wouldn't eat any of the dried leaves I picked up off the ground.

Fun with Owen

We went over to Owen's house on Saturday evening. I played with him and a couple of his friends from preschool. I had a lot of fun!

Animal Feeding

It was our weekend to tend to the animals at Jordan's preschool. I enjoyed feeding the chicken spinach. We also had a few carrots, but the chicken ignored those.

Burns Park

A couple of days this past week, we went to a new park. I like exploring the new equipment.

I especially like the sandbox.

Lobster

Tonight we went to Red Lobster. I thought the lobsters were fun to look at!

Head-Butt Like Dinosaurs

Mommy thought it was so cute that we were spontaneously hugging...

...then she realized that we were actually head-butting each other, like the dinosaurs on the movie Walk with Dinosaurs, which we just finished watching. Ok, I will admit I started it.
